Zev Berkowitz has been my therapist on a personal level & also, for my husband & I, in couples therapy. In individual counseling, Zev has opened my eyes to see areas of improvement & has steered me in the right direction to recognize, repair and grow to a healthier emotional state. My husband (who swore off counseling in the past) & I are both impressed & happy with Zev as a marriage counselor. Zev is patient, caring, & intuitive. He, is also "no nonsense" when things need to be weeded out & addressed. His approach to individual therapy & couples counseling is refreshingly "real", with a mix of discovering oneself, each other, & the underlying problem(s). He uses suggestion & accountability. Zev provides hopeful therapy for hopeless situations. After spinning our wheels for over 30 years, my husband & I are finally starting to appreciate each other, rekindle what we have lost, and surpass each other's expectations. I highly recommend Zev Berkowitz, LCSW, for his knowledge * experience as an individual therapist &/or as a couples counselor. 5 stars!

My husband and I started seeing Zev for help with communication. Zev is flexible with timing and a good listener. He gives us good advice and exercises to help us get closer and improve on our communication and overall relationship. I recommend having him as a counselor for any marriage!

Is a very good clinical social worker who is very open minded, understanding, experienced, helpful and caring. Literally the appointments are something to look forward too and the environment he provides is very relaxing. Definitely recommend him to everyone.
