I would not recommend this center for anyone who would need to use these services. There has been multiple times I've needed to get ahold of my counselor and somehow all day long she was not able to call me back, on top of that emails do not get responded to in a timely fashion. I was discharged yesterday morning in which my counselor assured me my discharge information would be forwarded to the dot immediately, I've talk to several people at the dmv and even they are shocked by their untimely fashion considering how easily it can be put in to the system. It's highly unprofessional, I've even had people from the DMV calling them trying to get this resolved for me. It's inconvenient being in small town iowa but if it's possible for you make the drive to council bluffs, Des Moines, omaha wherever! I owe no money and completed all my recommendations, super frustrating to deal with.
