ZION Integrated Behavioral Health Services operates a crisis stabilization unit and transitional housing Safe Harbor located in Woodward, Iowa for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis and manages Southwest Iowa Mental Health Center which provides outpatient mental health, medication management, crisis intervention along with Integrated health Home in Cass, Audubon, Guthrie and Dallas Counties.
