During our sessions I can provide you with support, individualized coping skills, & education on symptoms/ symptom management. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years experience. Some of the areas I treat include: Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Addiction & Addiction Family, OCD, & Trauma. My expertise are in Dialectical (Mindfulness) Behavioral Therapy & in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I often incorporate a variety of therapy techniques. You are not doing this alone. Together, we will find the right fit of therapy style, coping skills, & approach to meet your treatment goals. I am currently offering virtual therapy to adults in PA, NJ & WA. I have immediate openings with nights & weekend availability. This is a virtual group open to adults for addiction related recovery. This includes substances, video game, gambling, overeating (and bingeing), etc. Members must not be under the influence during group sessions. Group meets weekly for open discussion psychotherapy.
